Booking & Cancellation Policy

• The quoted prices are per person and consider a minimum of two persons traveling together.

• Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation.

• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services

• The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1500hrs, and the check-out time is 1200hrs. An additional charge will apply for assured early check-in or late check-out, as applicable.

• Surcharge applicable for transfers between 2000hrs - 0700hrs.

• At present, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.

• When traveling with one adult and one child, please consider the adult rate for the child

• Accommodation for the child as stated in the Child policy of Individual hotels. A child below 02 years is considered an infant and 02 years to 12 years are considered to be a child.

• Triple Accommodation: Up to three people can share one room. Triple rooms often have a single queen/king-size bed or two separate beds, with the third bed being a rollaway bed or cot put in the room.

• Hotels may ask for a security deposit, which can be paid with cash or a credit card and is refundable if there are no incidentals in the room. The cost of this security deposit is not covered by the package and must be paid by the guests at the time of check-in directly to the hotel.

• Surcharges are applicable during festivals, blackout periods, long weekends, conventions, special events, Chinese New Year, New Year's, air shows, and trade fairs. Additional options are available upon request.

• Prices are accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice based on travel dates and availability

• There will be no live entertainment or alcohol served during the religious events.

• Visas will be granted in addition to the aforementioned land packages. It can't be distributed independently. Supplementary fees are applicable for independent Visas.

• Travelviews does not guarantee visa approval; all approvals and rejections are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities.

• Travelviews Tourism reserves the right to modify tour packages and itineraries before or during the journey. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes/events as soon as possible during the booking process or before the tour's departure. If such changes/events occur during the tour, our local representative will advise you on the spot, and we kindly request your full cooperation in accepting such situational changes. Force majeure events, such as airline delays, cancellations, and weather conditions, may necessitate such changes. As a result, we will not be held responsible and will not have to provide a refund or compensation.

• Any pre- or post-tour revisions must be communicated by the guest at the time of booking; last-minute changes will not be permitted.

• Travelviews is not responsible for granting or rejecting customer entry into any country. We just facilitate travel plans. The decision is solely that of the concerned Embassy, and Travelviews cannot be held liable for it. Travelviews is not responsible for any incidental costs or expenses incurred by the Customer.

• Guests should not keep valuables in the coach while on tour. The Company will not be liable for any loss of valuables.

• If the guest does any unintentional or intentional damage to the vehicle, they will have to reimburse the coach company for the damages./p>

• The Company maintains the right to postpone or cancel the trip that we have announced, without providing a reason. In such instances, all money paid by the consumer will be entirely refunded, and no compensation or claim would be considered.

• Travelviews is not liable for airline-related flight changes or cancellations. Guests must accept the airline's choice; if the new option does not match the hotel reservation and the hotel room is non-refundable, no refund will be issued, and customers will be charged a new rate based on availability. If travelers opt to confirm their booking with the modified date, they must pay the price difference; otherwise, they may cancel the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.

• If the guest tests positive after the PCR test, they must follow local quarantine procedures. The cost would be borne by the guest directly. If the guest tests positive, Travelviews will not be liable for any quarantine-related expenses.

• Payment must be paid by cheque, demand draft, or direct bank transfer to Travelviews Tourism Pvt. Ltd.
